A former Twin have a quietly great year is Ty France. He's hitting .283 eith an .885 OPS and 16 homers, as well as playing Gold Glove defense (leads all MLB in Defensive Runs Saved).

Relief pitcher Scott Blewett, who I always thought deserved a better fate with the Twins, was DFA'd by the Cardinals recently and traded to the A's. He will be on the A's roster.

Randy Dobnak is projected to start Wednesday for Kansas City vs. the Twins. He will be matched up with Joe Ryan. That is definitely a fun matchup. Dobnak has pitched to a 1.42 ERA for the Royals in 19 innings this season.

He was one of the first Twins I openly wanted off the team. Couldn't hit here so no surprise he couldn't hit in a batter friendly park either.
