Of course, neither Jeffers nor Wallner are close to replacement level.....

Absolutely love the Keaschall kid! He's bringing me out of my trade deadline depression syndrome. Message to Rocco (as if he's listening)  STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM #15. Don't mess with Luke...just put him out there and let him play! Also...why is Gasper on this team?

That would be my guess.  If Roden shows enough down the stretch he takes over for Larnach waiting for Rodriguez or Gonzalez to start their MLB careers.

Jeffers is .8 War even Wallner is .9,  but I remember checking here recently and he was at like .3 or .4.

He was a 2b and shortstop his whole career till we got him from Toronto, -  i say see what he still has in that Tank ,  we could use a good backup at both of them spots , because yes folks he is not a Outfielder -  Twins did this , still time to correct -  but they wont - they ruin young Talent

Roden has reached the Mendoza line with his 2 hits today  , 115 at bats between Toronto and twins  ...

He's got to cut down on those strikeouts with the twins , just about 50 percent  with twins that can be contributed to the jitters of a new team ...

they are both higher in fWAR. 

Jeffers would be higher if they'd just let him catch 60% of the time.......Wallner was hurt, and has 72 games. Put him at 85 at the fangraphs rate, and he's around 1.5 (not great, not replacement level).

The bat looks good enough to keep him as likely the backup 4th outfielder.  Break glass Buxton replacement if we have no one else.  He has a long ways to go on the defensive side.  Its why he keeps getting days off.  Its not because of the bat,  its because of his lack of defensive awareness.

Pulled the trigger and re-started MLB today to see this Keaschall guy.... definitely a player. It's actually fun to watch a team hustle, play with some fire, and take a few professional plate approaches, Keaschall has done all of that.

Still a lot of work to do with next year's position players. You have Keaschall, Lee and Jeffers to start with. Still would love to see Wallner get some work at first. And Kody Clemens should be a part of the equation, the replacement for Castro. He has had clutch hits all year and is a good glove no matter where he is penciled in.

 Get rid of any thoughts on trading  Lopez or Ryan. The rotation still can be good.

The BP was gutted and will need major work, still not sure what the thought process was. 

As committed as I was to not paying for another month of MLB, just had to see what the team looks like with some of the underperformers removed. At least there is effort being brought with some pretty sound fundamental baseball, minus a couple of these new pitchers they are rolling out it's been more relaxing than I thought it would be.

Forgot to mention -  because of Willi being mr everywhere back then - was also what they said why Martin would change positions ,  lets correct that nightmare Rocco
