Always had the stuff. It's been health and not always being the brightest bulb.

Paddack works through it. 

Yikes - two bad throws and two misses by France at first base, both catchable. France gets his feet tangled and can't reach much less jump. He sure had a beautiful at bat in the first inning though. 

No harm, no foul.

He couldn't put Braves hitters away and ended up with about 35 pitches in two innings. Not that impressive, but two scoreless is two scoreless.
