That's my issue with the team, it's like they have guarenteed contracts or something!

While some of this is clearly on the players themselves, I think a large part is also on management that doesn't know what to do, and/or has no apparent desire to try and rectify the situation. 

In my mind, that's uncalled for.

4IP from Richardson. Stats look acceptable for a #4 SP. But 4 IP from a SP on a regular basis is a problem. His stats looked good last season but his starts were a huge part of last seasons BP collapse.
