Do you honestly think that the Pohlads even care?  I don't.  Such a scenario would probably mean they'd cut the payroll even more than they've already done, thus beginning the death spiral.

That's a valid point. I do think they would care next year, given revenue would be down while payroll stays constant. But like you said, they would just give us the finger in following years, making the "strike" pointless.

One thing you can anticipate is Joe Pohlad cutting payroll. With media contract up and lower attendance, this is bound to happen. I don't expect any splurging but filling holes would be nice.

That's the thing, Twins fans deserve better than for smoke to be constantly being blown up their arse. I just find is so insulting. 

You can be critical of the team you cover while still being respectful.
