Okay, I'm going to rant a little bit. We're all frustrated, I get it. But if you can't act like a ****ing adult, I'm just going to be done with game threads for the rest of the season.

I get it, some of you hate Baldelli. Cool cool cool. I disagree with lots of what he does but if you blame the manager for using his best arms to try to win, the problem ain't the ****ing manager. The problem is that this roster ****ing sucks right now and it's really hard to watch this team fall apart.

Some of that is on Baldelli. Some of that is on Falvey. In my opinion, a whole ****ing lot of that is on the Pohalds for purse-clutching when the team needed dollars to win more games.

This is a hard situation to watch as a fan. We're all frustrated. I get it. But you're still a grown-ass adult, act like it. So if today's thread derails again, there won't be a game thread tomorrow and I'm going to be handing out three-day vacations from Twins Daily without hesitation.

Only  Problem with Rocco ,  Why was Ober not given more of a chance ?  he had Earned it !!!!!!!!!!!!   And YES  because of all this Teams roster issues Bailey should of been given That  Chance !!    T/Y

It’s a new day. You can rant about yesterday in yesterday’s game recap. We don’t need today’s game thread to be a rehash of last night’s game thread. I think Brock made that clear. Agree, disagree, be disappointed because losing sucks, but act like an adult and be respectful of one another.

Anyway, i hope we win, and people at least wait to incite thread lockage until after i get to post stuff.

I just read a very interesting article saying royce lewis refuses to play second base for the twins saying "I would do this if we were the white sox. Honestly I think he's a really nice this  is not like him. But everyone makes mistakes he is human.

He pitched pretty good in a world series run a while back for the Cards.

 

Always figured he would be a favorite player of Fozzie.

Glancing at summary, they don't seem to be doing half badly.

We/they have to find a way to turn the Titanic around. No matter who Rocco puts out there, no matter where he puts guys in the batting order, no matter what he does with the pitchers and bullpen, no matter what any of us think about him or anyone else...it's on the players to somehow play, hit, and pitch better, and figure out a way to win some games. There isn't much time left and we're possibly on the verge of blowing a trip to the playoffs. Time to suck it up and play up to our capabilities.

I approve.

Doesn't inherently prevent late game meltdowns, just requires them to take on epic or legendary status to change the outcome, and it does offer hope of redeeming such a meltdown (although less so on the road)
