Ryan gets no help from the defense today. Castro slow read on the fly ball, too. Homer on Ryan, but the defense lets him down both last two innings. I think my first little league coach told me “if you can get your glove on the ball, you can and should catch it”.. Maybe not true all the time…. especially from little leaguers

There's also the saying in regular life, "your reach should exceed your grasp." 

Your coach's advice helps get away from coulda woulda shoulda, but at some point there's a breaking point.
