TKGuy Provisional Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Throw him right into the lineup, no thinking. Question now, should Arcia go back down to get some at-bats, or will he fine once we get out of the NL parks? I think Parmelee could use some at-bats in AAA, along with Hicks. Bring up Richardson, that would be another good story.Escobar, 3BFlorimon, SSWillingham, LFMorneau, 1BDoumit, CColabello, RFHicks, CFDozier, 2BWorley, P

GCTF Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 First strikeout by a Twins starting pitcher of a position player since Sunday!

Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 What is Vanimal's 1st inning ERA? I'm going to guess "Not Good".
GCTF Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 What is Vanimal's 1st inning ERA? My calculator only has 8 number spaces.
GCTF Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 How did the Twins miss out on Maholm? Seems like their kind of guy. Haven't seen anything over 87 mph yet.

ThePuck Provisional Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 What is Vanimal's 1st inning ERA? For this year, going into today, 12.00
GCTF Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 What is Vanimal's 1st inning ERA? Serious answer is that he actually lowered his 1st inning ERA by only giving up 1 run. Was 12.00 after today 11.70
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 One infield hit through four innings. I was just going to type this.......so they can't pitch or hit, pretty much, right now......and they have no answers in AAA or AA, it would appear, for the hitting at least. Pretty sad state of affairs right now.

edavis0308 Provisional Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 How long until we make an Astro's-like blowup of the pitching staff? Sigh.
Winston Smith Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 How long before the Astro's pass us in the standings?
edavis0308 Provisional Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 We could only be so lucky to have Bud Norris on this team.

Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I really thought Worley was a number 3/4 type.......totally sold a bill of goods. I should never read anything from the Twins or Strib when it comes to assessing players. Ever.

ScottyB Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I am hyped for Worley's next AAA start! Question - Does Worley have any options left? If so, send him down when Deduno comes up and worry about Worley's replacement over the weekend. Preferably Gibson.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 So he should be a number 3? Why isn't he?
