How after 2 good pitches to Kwan,  Pitcher i know has veto if he wants, But shouldnt Vasquez be more involved, he was lucky to have Ryan Pressley and his great spin rate, last year,  been way to many of these 0-2  Disasters, Just Pisses a Guy off
