How could such a center-cut pitch be called a ball?  Totally dumbfounded.

Even the Angel annoucers are making fun of the umpire for that call. Laughing at him, and loving the end result.

Joe Morgan 2nd base

Rose, when he ocassionally  played short for the Reds?

6 outs to get.  I hope that doesn't mean Jax is next.  But, having seen how Rocco works, I suspect it does.

If so, be afraid.  Be very afraid!

Fortunately, it didn't come back to bite us.

That called strike was more egregious than the two ridiculous calls against Kiriloff.  Way more and worse than we ever get against big market teams. Electronic ump can’t come soon enough.  Great job Lopez bearing down after mound visit though.

Harmon HAS to fit in somewhere

3rd base, but Sandoval still beats him, I think.

Unless we score a bunch of runs, I wouldn't mind seeing Stewart pitching the ninth.

Or at least start it

Harmon was really pretty fit. At least in his retirement. I got to spend some time with him before he did a clinic at Charlottesville High School in 1996 and asked him because he looked way smaller than I rememebered him or thought he was, and he said he was 5'10' and about 185 lbs! He looked great! I have seen him listed in some pages as 6'0" and 5'11", and 195 and 213 lbs. He said they always wanted me to be bigger, and he had shrunk at least an inch, though, and smiled and laughed. He was very generous and fun to be with. Impressive.

I like the 6'2" guy at first instead of the 5'8" guy.

Farmer to Kirilloff feels like an out while Miranda to Solano makes me nervous.
