We're introducing something we use on the other sites: community voting for the top 20 prospects. All of your votes will count for 50% of the total, with the other half going to the writers. Voting will be open all of this week with ballots needing to be in by Sunday evening.

There appears to be some good young talent on these lists and several could help the Twins in the near future. I am concerned about the leadership of the Twins. Talent without leadership will not produce a winning team.  So many really good teams have very good managers.
