I think any baseball fan would be disappointed in their offense if they started like this. If the NYY started with 2 runs per game in their first series, they'd be raked over the coals by every media outlet in the country.

We'll see about Larnach's defense, but today has told us nothing. Losing a ball in the sun has zero to do with good or bad defensive ability.

Baseball rejected my proposal to shorten game times.  I would:

1. Reduce games to 7 innings

2. Reduce strike count  from 3-2

3. Increase the circumference of gloves

4. Eliminate DH

5.No instant replay

6. No 'kiss cam'
