That's fine...flip Gordon and Royce then. Both are about the same speed, but one is a much better hitter and deserves a higher chance to get an extra AB throughout the game.

Gosh I'm so happy for Royce. Just absolutely unbelievable that he missed two whole seasons of minor league ball, underwent ACL surgery, dropped off all the prospect top 100 lists, and now is getting 114 mph exit velos and extra base hits in key places...he's such a hard worker, and I couldn't be more happy to see him getting these results

Lewis certainly looks like a major leaguer. I think it will lower the anxiety about whether Correa opts out next year.

Yeah I totally agree. Royce's play doesn't mitigate my hope that we sign Correa to a long-term deal, but it certainly makes me feel more comfortable about the state of the twins' SS position moving forward
