sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Wait. That isn't Berrios on the mound. I'm not used to being wrong...
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Robles is a pretty good reliever outside of when he forgets how to throw a strike...

jkcarew Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Who does Rocco bring in after Rogers retires the leadoff batter in the 9th?? Really no good options.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Nice turn of the DP to end the inning. I'm looking forward to the Twins going enough days without anyone getting hurt that a double play ball doesn't make me think 'Oh crap, three chances for someone else to go on the injured list'.

kydoty Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Just your typical 4-5-3 double play.

What does that imply if a pitcher gets injured? Do the batter he was required to face get automatically walked?
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Gordan gets that. As expected.

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Holding the Astros to 5 hits, not bad! More of this, please!

The only other way being if the leadoff guy hits into a triple play.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Kudos to the bullpen. They gave Shoemaker and Colome a much needed night off. Those two'll be rested and ready tomorrow, though!
