I just caught the tail end of the conversation, but Provus and Gladden were talking about this and that it was league wide.  Something about last year's short season contributing to it.  It might have been that people were not as conditioned because of it or they took it easier in spring training this year because of it.  Baltimore broke the game open around that time and for some reason I had to turn off the radio.

Well, 4 coming up with the Royals, 3 each with Houston and NY.  I'm thinking 3-7, 2-8. That should euthanize the 2021 season.  No point in rushing Buxton back, unless it's to show his trade value.

I feel for Dick Bremer and whoever is sitting next to him. Gotta be painful. At least we can look away.

What a colossal embarrassment this season has been. I can't recall the last time a 2-time defending division champ, predicted to finish 1st by most experts, has been the worst team in the league.

The players have quit, the manager is out of ideas, and the front office is scrambling for excuses.

Here is the lead - Today is June 2 and the Twins played the Orioles who are reputed to be the worse team in the league. Being Minnesota nice we allowed them to win.  Of course we did.  We played a lot of rookies and they did as well as the vets.  Actually if the vets had played as well as the rookies we might have won.  What a shame that would be.

Side note: Cruz is completely overmatched at this point as well. We can only hope the guy has one more hot streak in him, otherwise he's not fetching much at the deadline.
