My reading of the flow chart is that if the Cleveland, Chicago and the Twins all lose but Oakland wins, the Twins play the Astros.

Twins need to lose this game and they are ahead. Athletics need to win their game with their 4th starter against whoever out there for Mariners. Resting key players is also a possibility for them. Oops Reds just tied it. Let's lose this one and hope Athletics win their game.
