Once there's two outs, Trevor May has a positive swagger and goes right at the next batter. Why can't he summon up that mojo at the very beginning?

Isn't it about time to drop this god bless america. It was to honor the fallen from 9-11. Many teams have dropped it years ago. Take Me Out to the Ball Game is the only 7th inning stretch tune we need.

That's probably the most excited I've seen a guy after giving up an important run.

 

He was just stoked that since he put up another clunker of an inning, he won't have to worry about going back out there again. Onto the Sunday evening Twitch stream.

I noticed that too. After the looong foul ball to right field his body language completely changed.

We are ahead by 1, and if it was tied it wouldn't be "insurance", so I think your calculation is sound. It's Just Math!

Should they Twins be sellers.? They may as well because at this rate they aren’t going to make the playoffs.

They look very pedestrian now, no hitting at all when a simple single is needed.. Teams are using a their aggressiveness at the plate against them. Shame to see the great start wasted.
