How the heck does Grossman not score on a double off the wall that takes a high hop, with two outs?

I guess he figured early in the game he shouldn't play for one run by going hard the whole way.

What the heck does Logan Forsythe have to teach Kohl Stewart? I'd give a nickel to eavesdrop on that discussion in the dugout.

 

Funny story:

 

...(and by funny, I mean not that funny)

 

I heard someone on the radio a few weeks ago (Atteberry, Molitor, don't remember) and they kept talking about what leadership Logan (Morrison I assumed) was showing by always coming to the park early, doing clubhouse stuff, "first to arrive last to leave" and all that, and then mentioning how he would go into Molitor's office to give him tips and share observations and whatnot.

 

First thought: That's weird, Logan Morrison has only been here for one season, that's not his role.

 

Second thought: Didn't Bud Norris and Mike Matheny get in trouble for that in St. Louis? 

 

Third thought: Oh my god, they are talking about Logan Forsythe, and, umm... huh?

Those two pitches to Sano simply cannot be called strikes.

 

The strike zone was ridiculous last night too. Part of that was Garver, but the Cleveland starter was consistently getting 2 inches off the plate to every LH Twins hitter.

 

Molitor needs to get thrown out when that stuff is happening. You can't just let the umpire get away with that.
