Game Thread: Twins @ Tigers, 6/13 @ 6:10pm CT

Okay, Twins ... let’s go kick some ...

[Vanimal46]

Right on the kneecap... Ouchie

[yarnivek1972]

Just a reminder after that Dozier HBP. There are no other infielders on the bench. Or on the 40 man roster.

OK here we go

Needed a 38 yo RP more.....

(Thinking to myself, Gordon's gotta be on the 40-man, right?).   Looks at 40 man roster...nope.

[Vanimal46]

Love it Eddie!

[yarnivek1972]

There must be a note to run on the Tiger centerfielder.

That throw was vintage Jacque Jones.

No, but there are about half a dozen RPs in the minors that are on the 40 man, none of whom are good enough to be on the roster.....

[h2oface]

Is the second pitch 93 mph fastball right down the middle to Escobar a "mistake" when he swings and misses?

[Don Walcott]

Rosario scores on that.

[yarnivek1972]

Found a winning strategy. Hit it toward Martin.

[Mike Sixel]

At one point, this is who I thought Rosario would be....but then I lost faith somewhat. But I never thought Escobar would do this. Really impressed.

Both good things, right?

He has quietly become the leader of this club, in my opinion

[Squirrel]

The Eddies are the heart of this team.

But none of them have Belisle's vetrenniness.

Try saying veteraniness 3 times fast... Or at all!

[Squirrel]

No

[Don Walcott]

Nice shut down inning.

Uh oh. Looks like Twins may lose the time of possession battle tonight.

[yarnivek1972]

Good to see Dozier have an extended AB after LaMarre and Wilson were quickly dispatched.

[Squirrel]

Wow, Cabrera ruptured his bicep tendon. BIG ouch!

[Squirrel]

Well crap.

[yarnivek1972]

Berrios 23 pitches.

Boyd 58 pitches.

[Mike Sixel]

Berrios 23 pitches.

Boyd 58 pitches.

I like the Twin's odds here.....

[Don Walcott]

Berrios 23 pitches.

Boyd 58 pitches.

Same number of innings. Which is why innings pitched limits make no sense to me.

[Don Walcott]

Time for Sano to restore the 2-run lead.

[Nine of twelve]

I like the Twin's odds here.....

The odds can be even but the evens can't be odd. (Gotta have a little maths now and again.)
