wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Kepler now has a 31/36 BB/K ratio, which is pretty solid, though his average is still disappointing. Does anyone else think he should be leading off instead of Grossman?Agreed. Not a fan of Grossman leading off at all.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Cave, 2 r HR. As expected.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Checks or cash not accepted????? Cash accepted. Small, unmarked, nonsequential bills only.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 He Caved in THAT fastball!
Blake Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Cave, 2 r HR. As expected.Considering the rest of the Twins lineup, I'd have to say it was expected because certainly isn't going to be one of them.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Dunno. Nobody has ever asked that question before. While you're discussing that with the Subscription department, I'll make sure that no other mods delete the 92 posts that you used to rig the o/u bet. I'm reliable and haven't been drinking...much.
Blake Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Considering the rest of the Twins lineup, I'd have to say it was expected because certainly isn't going to be one of them.I would edit that sentence, but, why try to make something readable out of the wonderfully opaque?
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Cash accepted. Small, unmarked, nonsequential bills only.Pennies are still valid currency, Chief!
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 In an extremely small sample, Cave seems to be an upgrade over LaMarre. I hope the FO can pickup an upgrade over both of them

VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Reed? At least it won't be tied up if he gives up a HR.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I know many here might be concerned about seeing Reed again... but fun fact, he's only given up more than one run once this season - and that was two runs.
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Frustrating series, because even if they would have had mediocre hitting, they probably could have won the series. Some good pitching games wasted. I would say something the potential for this game, but I think I will wait until the bull pen finishes the top of the 9th.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Pennies are still valid currency, Chief! Indeed they are, wsnydes, indeed they are. 1. Take them to a bank. 2. Exchange them for small, unmarked, unsequential bills. 3. Mail said bills to USAFChief, Tucson, AZ.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Reed in with a 4 run lead in the 7th. Overuse seems to not even enter Moltior's mind.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Cash accepted. Small, unmarked, nonsequential bills only.I'll take any sequential ones you don't want, and take my chances.

Mail said bills to USAFChief, Tucson, AZ.My bank charges a small nominal fee to cash in coins, so then I wouldn't have enough for my subscription. Is there something we can work out?
Jerr Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Cash accepted. Small, unmarked, nonsequential bills only.Canadian or Mexican ok????
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I think those are too recent. More like these: Nope, Chiefs would be in stone. Paper came along much later. I think I used a stone tablet image for Chief last year. The content of my posts are as fresh and original as Chief's jokes (although I suspect they are still accurate).
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I'll take any sequential ones you don't want, and take my chances.Did I mention that I had about 5,000 pennies that I don't know what to do with? Chief doesn't seem to want them, so that could be your gain!
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Canadian or Mexican ok???? I think Canada uses fish and venison as their currency.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I think Canada uses fish and venison as their currency. What's the exchange rate on fish and venison?
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 What's the exchange rate on fish and venison? Sorry - math is not allowed on the game threads.
Jerr Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 What's the exchange rate on fish and venison?Chief?????
S. Verified Member Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 Reed in with a 4 run lead in the 7th. Overuse seems to not even enter Moltior's mind. Not that I really think it's going to be an issue, but at this pace if we were to make it deep into the playoffs, we'd have relievers making well over 100 appearances this season. I honestly don't think Molitor has the slightest clue what he is doing with a bullpen.
