John Bonnes Site Manager Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 The Minnesota Twins, Delaware North and Target Field unveiled new spaces, new designs, new food and new beer. Given the last, we sent our resident drunk local beer expert, John Bonnes, to sample the fare. Here are his reports: And then the event began; here are a few of the reports. For the whole collection, head over to @TwinsDaily on Twitter. While you're there, maybe follow them too.... Those were delicious by the way. I expect them to be pretty popular. There are also the old stand-bys...... And then we get to the important stuff... But as good as that was, the real highlight is the new Bat & Barrel space in right field, which is now open to all visitors. And finally a few other food notes: Finally, there was some great artwork, too. These rank among some of the biggest improvement we've seen in Target Field. I'm looking forward to hearing people's impressions as they attend this first homestand. Click here to view the article Squirrel, 70charger and ashbury 3

yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 I hope one of the new spaces is a warming house... Mike Sixel 1
Teflon Verified Member Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 I like your idea of opening the Bat & Barrel for road games. Hopefully it catches the Twins ears. Benchwarmerjim, Jerr and RegularJoe62 3

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 I'm still waiting for them to switch to Coke instead of Pepsi.CONCUR! But doesn’t the Pohlad family still own a Pepsi distributorship?
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 (edited) Looks amazing - is Target Field open for away games or just the exhibits maybe? Was that announced in a podcast or something? Edited April 4, 2018 by Hosken Bombo Disco
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 Seems like Target Field should throw open the doors to one of their bars during road ballgames, for the diehards like me, cost/benefit be damned. I mean, a guy can still get kicked out of certain bars around here for asking to put the Twins game on, though it's not as bad as it was a few years ago Tom Froemming 1
