Game Thread Twins @ Royals 7:15pm CDT 9/8/17

[Whammy]

Ummm.... Kep?

You wanna run?

[Aggies7]

This is getting ticklish

[h2oface]

Kepler doesn't seem to like that wall. Not too interested in making a leaping play when close. I don't blame him. I would rather have him not hurt and out of the game(s). He sure looks like he doesn't want to really get it in gear on the chase. Or maybe he is just gliding. Tough play either way.

Hoochie Koochie

[Aggies7]

Bullpen activity please

[DocBauer]

Damn!

[h2oface]

Santana seems to just get lazy at times. Was taking it nonchalant. Too much of a lead, or something, and he doesn't keep bearing down.

[DocBauer]

Guess this means we may have to score some more huh?

[Whammy]

Swing harder, Cain

[Aggies7]

Nice pitch

[h2oface]

I am really sick of Merrifield this series. Already.

[Aggies7]

YIKES

that might knock the slump out of him

[jimmer]

Bux!!!!  He provides value even in slumps with that defense!

[Squirrel]

Gold numbers on the Royals' jerseys almost invisible. Design change for the sake of design change. Pointless.

Deja vu moment

[USAFChief]

Relax, we got a guy there.

[jimmer]

HR time Doz!  You're owning this game so far!

[USAFChief]

Also...terrible 0-2 pitch, Ervin.

[h2oface]

Does Kepler watch Buxton go after the ball?

[Whammy]

Byron with an RBI catch

[USAFChief]

Does Kepler watch Buxton go after the ball?

don't we all?

[Whammy]

Hey, Fox.... how about some FoxTrax?

This seems like an incredibly wide zone

[jimmer]

Does Kepler watch Buxton go after the ball?

Kepler has made many great catches and is a fine defender.  Buxton is a great defender.

[USAFChief]

wow...five and dive for Ervin.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Byron with an RBI catch

Wouldn't that be RBO?

[John Kelsey]

Duffey for Erv right now? Disagree with that call, Paul.

[jimmer]

oh boy, Duffey

[Aggies7]

wow...five and dive for Ervin.

Yeah sort of a quick hook, but I can't argue with it. He, as they say, wasn't missing too many bats last inning.

[Puckett34]

wow...five and dive for Ervin.

Gotta keep him in line for the win.

[glunn]

Rosario is about as cold as it gets right now so lets bat him 4th.

I am just reading this thread and see that Rosario has 4 RBI.

[DocBauer]

Still think it may have been too early
