I'm not keen on Pressly after Gibson. Too similar, Pressly is like Gibson plus 3 mph, but with a little less command. We'll see.

There are enough interchangeable parts - players in AAA right now to call up and plug into this bullpen.  There are no superstars, no cannot miss players. The twins traded their best reliever and the bullpen didnt even hiccup.

Molitor needs to control these games, pull these guys at anytime. Alex Wimmers, Drew Rucinski, Michael Tonkin, John Curtiss... all these guys can be called up to take roster spots. The 10 day DL is utilized for roster flexibility nowadays anyways.

I feel much better about Pressly starting a clean inning than answering the fire bell. He's got stopper stuff, but his command has been inconsistent.

Impressive growth by Brian Dozier. He has improved his oppo approach so well that it has now become a legitimate threat. At some point teams must reconsider shifting him to left field.

Oddly, the one guy whose hitting approach isn't improving much is...Joe Mauer. His efforts to pull inside pitches usually result in either a two hopper to 2B or a dribbler to 1B. He still has oppo power, but not as much as in previous years. Shifts are taking away a lot of oppo hits now, and his pull hitting isn't working.
