How is Ben Revere an every day player.  I know Trout injury is a factor but still he's no longer a great defensive player and has virtually no offense.

No slower then most big buys.  It's what happens in the batters box that matters most, he starts his trot without a scene.

Cameron Maybin is out too. So Revere is the Angels 5th OFer.

Umm I assume Rosario didn't get ejected.  Despite the awful call it's crazy that the league has put so much fear in umpires that they wouldn't eject a guy who's in your face pointing and clearly showing the umpire up.
