I have only seen a few Santiago starts. I wouldn't describe him as a fast worker. Even when the results are good, he's not particularly fun to watch.

Twins can't possibly have a better pitcher than Wilk in Rochester. Trevor Hildenberger, D.J. Baxendale, Alex Wimmers, David Hurlbut... Question is, how to open up a spot on the 40-man roster for one of these guys...?
