That Slam wouldn't have happened earlier this season.  Buxton laid off a really good slider on 0-1 and another on 1-1 to get ahead in the count and get a fastball he could drive. Very, very, very encouraging!

Whatever it is I absolutely love it! This needs to continue for the next 15 years. And Sano needs to train like Rocky Balboa did in parts one through four. If he does this we may have two players that could be perennial MVP candidates! I'm trying not to get ahead of myself but I'm already looking forward to next April.

Two things:

 

I'm feeling good about getting a Dozier jersey. He's been at a MVP level since June.

 

Also, where the heck is Kennys Vargas? AAA has been eliminated, so why isn't he here?

"Trade value" is sort of in the eye of the beholder.

 

I remember the last car I bought, I asked the dealer what was the trade value of the car I drove to the lot, and he looked at me for a minute, then asked "how much gas is in it?"
