Willihammer Provisional Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Nunez after his helmet comes off
LaBombo Verified Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 It's hard for me to believe that Nunez just saw the initial carom and went into little league home run mode. But harder for me to believe is that it's going to end up actually mattering whose fault it is or that it's not going to happen again because of action that gets taken to prevent it.
twinssporto Verified Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 This would be an Aggies7 post (or something similar): "The Tortuous (sp) didn't beat the Hare on that race" Sorry Aggies if I didn't do you justice.

The twins were trying to reprise their role in "major league" on that play where both runners could have been tagged out at home

Not talent related...simple baseball stuff related.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Kepler looked like he was ready to join the Luftwaffe on that one
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Mmmmmm. Audra. Is she your granddaughter? And a good cook?

HitInAPinch Verified Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 lot's o' good luck on that play!

NorthwestTwinsFan Provisional Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Man, this Shields kid is really good. I haven't taken a look at his ERA yet, but I imagine it's somwhere in the 2.00 range.
twinssporto Verified Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Audra's the real deal. Someday when she takes over for Megan Kelly or someone else they will ask her, "what was the low point in your career"? She might say, it was covering the 2016 Minnesota Twins..
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 The local minor league team here used to be called the red barons. Never really struck me until I got older that the real Red Baron probably killed many Americans. Whoops
