Game Thread: Yankees@Twins 11:10AM PST (1:10PM CST) Strike 1 Edition

[Blake]

Kepler batting ahead of Suzuki? What kind of crazy alternate Twins universe have we entered?

[Aggies7]

I may be in the minority on this, but I like Kris Atteberry. He's smart, knowledgeable and articulate.

I like corey

[Vanimal46]

I just can't get used to Joe Buck announcing the US Open.

Joe Buck is one of the best at football and baseball broadcasts. Golf doesn't suit him one bit.

[spinowner]

He seemed pretty OK with Audra around.....

Well, who wouldn't be? Well, among heterosexual males anyway.

[spinowner]

I like corey

Me too.

Buck is a great Baseball announcer. He does a ton of Packers games and he drives me nuts

Really? A sport full of rich, pretentious white guys? I'd think he'd fit right in.

[Craig Arko]

I miss Jim Kaat.

[HitInAPinch]

I miss Jim Kaat.

Same here.  Between Brenner's droning and Blyleven's babbling, it's getting tough to listen to them.

I miss Herb Carneal........

His golf whisper voice isn't that great.

[spinowner]

I miss Herb Carneal........

There was nobody better, Vin Scully included.

[HitInAPinch]

Plouffe with a glove flip???

[HitInAPinch]

There was nobody better, Vin Scully included.

Vin's voice was a little too nasal for me...
