Correct me if I am wrong, but Mauer got a double and THEN was tagged out?  Did they call that a single because I know I saw the same thing happen less than a week ago in a different game where it was called a double.  It should too, since he did reach safely only to then be caught off the bag.

Hard to blame the scorer for being confused. He'd never seen a twin get to second base.
