Gallardo is NOT a good pitcher, people other than Buxton need to step up a little bit here. I know it's game two, but you can't let this kind of guy throw a perfect game against the rest of the team.

For a more traditional Buffalo, you can cook up red jalepeno (green will work, but end up green) or whatever peppers you like, with vinegar, water, salt and garlic to taste, blend, force through a strainer, add melted butter.  Pretty solid homemade wing sauce.
