Do they feel pressure in performing in their first time in the big league camp as new 40-man roster members knowing that there are jobs to be won in the bullpen?

Joe Mauer: How does he plan to incorporate a pull power swing into his repertoire? Usually he lets a pitch get deep, then slashes the ball oppo, but a pull swing has to be met a couple feet forward of that contact point. Is it a different swing, or just his regular swing met farther forward? I don't see how a flat swing has much chance of lifting a lot of balls over the right field fence.

Ask Terry Ryan which he would choose: Arcia or Danny Santana as the 25th player. I suspect it'll be Arcia, and Santana will be put through waivers.

To Paul Molitor: Using your 20-20 hindsight, is there anything you would have done differently last season, your first season as manager? Now that you have that first year's experience under your belt, is there anything you will do differently or fine tune going forward?
