I make a green smoothie, too. It includes spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, fresh ginger, carrot juice, apple juice (fresh, pressed ... not Mott's or that kind; fresh apple cider, if it's available), avocado, cucumber. It's awesome! :)
 

Been experimenting with frozen ice cubes of high nutrient mixtures. Brown ones are a mix of legumes like kidney, black, red, mayocoba, roman, garbanzo, pinto, etc. Green cubes are watercress plus The Ultimate Meal nutrient powder. In the blender I add frozen chopped onions, bell pepper, micellar caseineate powder, and various flavorings if I want it to taste good, which sometimes I don't.

 

What I add for flavor depends on if I feel like losing weight that day. The less flavoring, the less stuff I feel like drinking out of that infernal Ninja single serve cup.

 

I'm thinking of starting a national franchise where a faceless robot serves you a high-nutrient cup of goo in return for a paltry sum of money to sustain your miserable human existence. Cup of Goo would be a featureless cube of cinder blocks painted a dull gray, with a small hole for transactions. Humans would be allowed free parking for ten minutes, after which all vehicles would be towed. Outdoor seating would be thick, cast-iron stools in the same cubical shape as the building. Aesthetic consistency is important to humans.

Second pitch. Herrman puts down 4, Pelfrey shakes to FB. Hammered to right.

 

Pelfrey FB% now above 90%. He should listen to Herrmann IMO.

All Morning... One Squirrel has been chasing this other squirrel just outside my patio window... 

 

Up the Tree... Down the Tree. Across the Patio... out of sight and then across the patio from the other side and out of sight again... And then up the tree and down the tree... and all around the tree. Resting for awhile and then away they go. 

 

It might seem like they are playing... but I think i'm watching a territorial battle of sorts. 

 

It's been 6 hours and it's still going on. 

 

They are fighting for control of the Trees by my patio. I don't know who I'm cheering for.
