I make a green smoothie, too. It includes spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, fresh ginger, carrot juice, apple juice (fresh, pressed ... not Mott's or that kind; fresh apple cider, if it's available), avocado, cucumber. It's awesome! :)
 

 

I tend to go down a slightly different, but I am sure just as healthy route - I like my smoothie with ice cream, milk, hot fudge, and maybe some malt powder (I think the powedert adds extra nutrients or protein).

I don't like playing at DP positioning for LH hitters.  IMO doing so puts the second baseman too close to second, and opens up too big a hole on the right side.

 

I'd just play my normal defense, and worry less about a possible DP ball, and more about not giving up another ground ball single.

I think you have a greater destiny than mayor --  your campaign will make Trump's seem sedate (and lucid).

Davids was thinking, "there's no way I get a belt high fastball, middle of the plate 0-2."  Oops.  We make stupid 0-2 pitches all the time, be ready to swing away.
