I kind of prefer the manic American type of waiter to the "service" you get in the Balkans. Pieces of flair aside, at least you might get your food on the same day you order it.

Big Pelf throwing sinker, sinker, sinker, 4 seam fb, all at 92 -95, rinse and repeat,  getting by with it.  Started 5th with 70 mph cb and quick out.  Got Jones out all on sinkers.  The Dude lives on the edge but he's getting by with it
