Yes. Mauer has confusion on his elbow. A rare injury, just the kind Mauer sometimes gets.

I heard he was reading this game thread and that caused the confusion.  Unfortunately he was also reading archived game threads so they are afraid it might be aggravated confusion.

i was going to say this after arcia's hit ... but got distracted with the continuing colitas conversation ... but i really like the player that plouffe has been this year.  all the criticism he got last year, and deservedly so, imo ... but maybe what he needed was that 'seasoning' ... i just think he's probably been most improved this year.  (sorry Halsey, but that's what i think)

Just tuned in and see that Mauer's out with a "contusion to the left elbow." That's a relief. Thought it might be a bad bruise.

Midway is the worst airport to fly out of.  It's closest to me, but I can't allow less than 2 hrs to get through security there.  I fly a lot and O'Hare, while bigger and lots more traffic, isn't the internal mess that Midway is, not even close.

I found one... It was delicious but it didn't have Chocolate Chips in the recipe.

That's once every 309 plate appearances.

Doing our best, as long as it doesn't detract overmuch from the more important discussion of the qualities of calitas, such as fragrance and tendency to rise up through the air.  Long story, unfortunately.

 

Anyway, they're winning (Twins, not calitas), which might explain why a handful of posters are freaking out and hosting a calita convention instead of celebrating a rare lead in another bad season.  I'm looking at me, LaBombo.

 

In other news, good to see you here.  Pretend a bunch of inebriated fellow Twins fan inmates just shouted "Norm!" in response to your arrival. Except you're not named Norm or morbidly obese, and we're not the folks hanging out at cheers.

That was my family driving through Cloquet.  Nothing like the smell of paper.  They must have added some additional filtration, because it is not bad now, but the 70's, early 80s it had a distinct fragrance.
