I seriously like the Robins Egg Blue... This was the uniform my youth.

 

I wouldn't go for this style... But the color modernized... Oh yeah.

But then again, he may only have looked pretty good compared to Gardenhire.

The Brewers "jump back" from the plate a lot, and do that "I gotta raise my arms so it doesn't hit me because it's so inside" trick a lot.

 

Are they being coached to do this? On a ball four from Perk, a guy reacted to an inside Perk pitch like a contact-fused hand grenade. PitchFox showed it to be about an inch and a half inside.

 

Anyway, great win against Children of the Cheese (sorry, Sconnie). The road performance of the twins has been stratospheric relative to expectation this year.

I too am happy we pulled out win, and don't need to look too closely at it.

 

Sorry to hear about the nose. My silver lining detector tries to imagine what clever things can be done with a protective mask...

And in general, i hope the way Arcia and Willingham have come back from wrist injuries is portentous of Buxton's recovery...
