big dog Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Let's go Sammy!!! Who's the Bert-like guy? I only listened to the 10th inning last night and never figured it out.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 Let's go Sammy!!! Who's the play-by-play guy? I only listened to the 10th inning last night and never figured it out. Radio or TV?
big dog Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Radio or TV? TV- it's someone filling in for Bert.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 TV- it's someone filling in for Bert. Jack Morris I believe...
big dog Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Jack Morris I believe... Thanks. It sounds like him, but I thought I'd read that he had taken a job with a different organization so I was thinking it was someone else. Maybe he's flipping burgers and took a week off.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 Damn... That looked exactly like Buckner

Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 The Disney story is certainly fading. it was only going to be a close play because he was waiting on the ball...
big dog Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Hey, get Pelfrey out of there! OK, Colabello's error wasn't Deduno's fault. Bad inning, with a couple of hard-hit balls, an error on CC, and a bad throw by Fuld. Santana had a nice play.

He was with the Blue a Jays last year... Came back home for this year. He missed the Juicy Lucy.

Cola owes him (and us) a dinger.
Don't Feed the Greed Guy Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Why is it that whenever a guy makes a lousy play, he comes up to bat in the next inning?
Tibs Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Why is it that whenever a guy makes a lousy play' date=' he comes up to bat in the next inning?[/quote']Just lucky I guess
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 Cleveland is such a rough town... They keep prisoners fenced in behind home plate.
Jerr Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Why is it that whenever a guy makes a lousy play' date=' he comes up to bat in the next inning?[/quote'] I always thought, that it is when a guy makes a great play, he comes up next:o

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Sigh. Why is it the games I can finally sit down and watch start out like this? Hopefully won't end like this.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Here we go Oswaldo, Here we go (clap, clap)... Can't come soon enough I've been told he needs more AB's in minor league games to heal his wrist.

zchrz Provisional Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 So about that Deduno to the rotation thing......
Tibs Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Well Buxton and Kepler have hit homeruns so that's pretty neat
Reider Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 This really isn't going so good for Deduno...
glunn Community Moderator Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 This is not what I was hoping for from Deduno.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 So about that Deduno to the rotation thing...... After being a steadfast supporter of Deduno and patiently waiting for his return to the rotation. I just took a fresh photo of myself.
Jerr Verified Member Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 This is not what I was hoping for from Deduno. I was hoping for a shut 'em down performance to fire up the Twins and fans.
