bighat Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Anyone else feel good about having Dobnak on the mound tonight? Dobnak or Maeda seem to be the guys right now who are getting it done. Yelich is getting hot finally this year - bad timing for the Twins. Sano and Garver grabbing pine. It's the "A" team tonight. Expect to see at least 2 of May, Romo, Duffey or Rogers.
Diesel Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 in case anybody didnt know, Plesac AND Clevinger have been suspended by the Indians for breaking quarantine
Danchat Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Of course Dobnak starts things out with a 4 pitch walk, it seems the whole team is off filter since the Pirates series.

sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Arraez breaks up the no hitter! Um, in the 2nd.
twins1095 Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Arraez went on a hitting slump purposefully getting outs towards the right side of the field just to allow the opposing team to shift him so he could easily slap balls down the line. Where’s the lie?
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Arraez breaks up the no hitter! Um, in the 2nd.And Adrianza breaks up the 1 hitter.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Alas, Byron's name starts with a B. So goes the micro 2 out rally.

twins1095 Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Cool fact - Dobnak’s fastball had the second most vertical drop out of any pitcher in the majors last season
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 One run is okay, we weren’t gonna win with zero anyway
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 I thought Rosario was going to catch that! I thought wrong.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 1-0 Brew Crew after 2. Rosario wasn't too far from a spectacular catch to save that run, but well, this is neither horse shoes nor hand granades...
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 I thought Rosario was going to catch that! I thought wrong.I approve of thinking.
