So, part of your game plan is NOT playing easy or smooth baseball?!?! Does he even listen to himself? Indifference is setting in for me.... The Pohlads better hope that I'm an outlier... because community indifference is far worse than community frustration, anger, or disappointment (especially for their precious bottom line)

    Trading more prospects at the deadline for this team is only going to add more years to the eventual rebuild...

    I think Lee's hitting numbers this year are impacted by adjusting to the daily grind of a long professional season playing SS. Hopefully he will respond with amping up his post season fitness/strength regiment to endure through looooong MLB seasons!

    Accountability would include consequences. Extended benching or DFA of Kepler and/or Gallo. Moving Correa and Buck down in the order etc More frequent/extended batting practice Fire your hitting coach (instead of just usurping his leadership) Talk is cheap and depending on whiteboard phrases is lazy

    Is this a promotional piece outlined for you by the Twins FO? Rocco is not a natural Leader of Men I haven't seen much difference after the 'Reset' as yet... just Correa inexplicably being moved UP in the order

    Nice to win... but suggests that yesterday's offense was an outlier until proven otherwise over an extended period. Correa leadoff?!?!.... I would love to have the Rocco/Twins FO doubling down on lost wagers at my casino anytime!

    Buck does not owe us an explanation about his medical status, but the Twins owe to him and the fans to SHUT HIM DOWN until he can get healthy enough to be productive. And if he can never be healthy and productive again... make the tough decisions... that is what insurance is for on those big contracts.

    Past time to shut Buck down for as long as it takes for him to play in the field again. If he cannot ever play the field again, I feel terrible for him. BUT, tough decisions will then have to be made by management, because there is no evidence that he is a natural DH to pencil in for the next 6 years.

    What’s Next? The Twins travel to Baltimore, where they’ll enjoy a day off on Thursday and start a three-game series against the Orioles on Friday (6/30). Taking the mound for Minnesota is Pablo López (3-5, 4.41 ERA), while the O’s turn to Dean Kremer (8-3, 4.50 ERA). The series opener’s first pitch is scheduled for 6:05 pm CDT. More mind-numbing baseball from a rudderless team with no capability for offensive adjustments (Fixed that for you!)

    I promised a year and half ago that Rocco would be out by the end of this season and... brace yourself.... never coach an MLB team again. (He will be 'promoted' to the FO where I think he will actually do well) He is not a leader of men (no shame in that game... it is rare.... but when there are about 30 positions in the US... you'd better be able to do it, because there are plenty of other people waiting to give it a try)

    Correa batting 2nd or 3rd nightly is tone deaf and cringe-worthy. I know I've said it before, but I need to repeat it for my own sanity tonight :)

    Will Pagan ever be a key bullpen option or a true contender? No, no he will not. Does the use if him in important game situations reflect poorly on the Twins hope of being a contender? Yes, yes it does.
