Just wanna point out that a few weeks ago there were people online talking about how the Twins could potentially DFA Emmanuel Rodriguez in the offseason because they couldn’t afford to keep him on the roster.

As insane as that is, I must also point out that Alex Jackson is still on the roster and these were probably the same people defending that

Just for the hell of it, I'd like to see Jackson get three or four starts this month.  I mean, why not?  The Twins are essentially eliminated, he isn't blocking a young catcher, and we are playing the Angels and Giants (non-contenders) the next few games.  Give the guy a few at bats!

That's actually a good question... Do ABS systems call balls and strikes if the item thrown is not a baseball?

Batter challenges the strike call, and it is overturned even though it wen down the middle because it was a wiffle ball.
