Tough throw or not, Lewis at least needs to make the throw to correct side of home, both plays in question the throw was towards the LH batters box, needs to be in the RH batters box.

I am not disputing that he didn't make the throw, but it wasn't like he was in normal fielding position.  It wasn't a routine play, but one that needed to be made.  But also Witt should never have been at third.

Yes, in one of the game threads this weekend I mentioned that before the All-Star break the Twins were scoring early, and putting up crooked numbers in most of their wins for a couple weeks there.
