I am a few hours away from Oakland and have many happy memories of afternoons at their ballpark, including impressing Mrs Ash by getting the best seats behind home plate she'd ever watched a game from.  $35 or so, because Oakland.

I'll miss them, but the relationship between team and fans was toxic.  I don't think a different ownership team would have made enough difference.
