The spreadsheets would have told the team to discard Gray long ago.  He's still with the team because someone's playing a hunch or something.  😁

I agree, but I do believe the playing of Gray as much they have shows that the front office does have influence on the lineup.  Shelton has done a better job of pushing back then Rocco, but this shows they are not passive bystanders IMHO.

I think the eyes would have told them that by now.  I am still amazed at his defensive obstruction call when he was just kind of wondering around.
