Rocco pushed the right buttons last night, can he do it again today?

Hopefully Paddack can go 7 dominant innings today.

God, we need a good Paddack start. It's been a while. His July ERA is 7.80 yikes. Win the series and go back home!!!!

Id be curious to learn which of these two statements are more unlikely

I don't remember pitchers being so brittle 45 years ago.  Guys used to throw 250 innings a year.  They also didn't all throw 97mph

I'm not sure if it's an overtraining issue across all sports or what, but it's been a significant problem with Twins pitchers over the last few years.

Rocco had help in bringing Duran in for 6 outs.

Hope springs eternal for Paddack.

I think the fact 250 innings at 90 mph is NOT as easy as some want to say, and there were those throwing rockets back that still pitched a huge number of inning more than now.

The buttons are still depressed from last night.  Can you pull them?

Guess Ober will be on way up by next week too. Unless someone else happens along. I see the Cards designated Erick Fedde for assignment..

Have you tried unplugging them and plugging them back in?  That's as techy as I get.

You really should try to cut down on the condiments.

Can't believe we don't have someone in the minors that can swing a bat and play first base.

And we are last in the American League in wins above average at shortstop (-1.4).

Technically TC has a lot of positions where no one can swing a bat

Definitely not "The Lumber Company" from the late 70's.
