Probably the craziest thing to say ever and my answer would be “Why would they do that”.  So here goes…Is it possible that they purposely ruin players?   Looking back , they have been able to offload some of the best to other teams, but have ruined most 1st round draft picks.   Mauer, Sano, Buxton, Gordon and it seems Royce Lewis is going down the same path.  Some like Wallner and other talented players are kept back.   Okay let me have it🏟️

Really? I think you answered your own question.

I knew Ryan was living a dream last year. and early this year.  Big league hitters have adjusted, ryan, not so much.

Reminds me of Berrios' yearly, inexplicable tough run.

Well,… soccer scores and WNBA updates are next, and then 25 stories on LeBron, and then NFL stories about who farted today.., so you may be asleep by then 🤷‍♂️

Good to see A.K.  HIT A H.R. Havent been seeing alot of hard hit balls out of him, Hope Rocco starts to realize they need to leave him at 1b and in the lineup daily, Not every player is comfortable moving around, Hows the Kid gonna learn Talents there , Needs to play everyday,

I'm not following the logic here, he gets a day off, then comes back and finally hits one out. Maybe "Rocco" got it right, eh?

In all seriousness, I once heard baseball described as the sport least likely to go according to form in the short run, and the most likely in the long run.

Agreed, and part of the reason I love it above all other sports.

I missed responding earlier on the “long run” side of it. That’s why I’m still optimistic on the season. I think the Twins are the only team in the Central that has the potential to pull away. To play as poorly as they have and still be two games above .500 is actually pretty good. Their longest winning streak is four games. Thanks to their starting, I could see them ripping off eight straight or 10 of 12 much more easily than turning in a long losing streak.

So a 25 year old kid just had a 4 day layoff…played one game and then another day off? Play him every day until he shows he can’t….
