I'm hoping for the best...but I'm expecting the worst. Maybe we can somehow salvage one game down there. Glasnow was supposed to start for TB, but they pushed him back a day. That could help us.

I'm starting to think CC's signing may become the worst ever by the Twins. I'm thinking the 2 teams that passed him back to the Twins, saw what the Twins didn't.

Until Correa can start hitting the ball, he should not be batting cleanup. I would much rather see Royce Lewis in that spot.

One should slot in at number two, the other at number four.

Fair, I'd just flip what you're thinking.  That's all.

So, Polanco is hurt?

It appears so, unfortunately.

I really don't care for the constant lineup juggling, with guys hitting in different spots every day.  Every game is a different lineup. I know...I'm old and old school, and it's all matchups and various analytics.  Yeah, I'm nit picking today.

I'm watching on the radio and missed the play.  What happened?

Now, if Polanco did a hammy...or whatever his injury is...don't wait 5 days to IL him, and get Julien on the next flight.

It seems he got it when running to first base in the 1st Inning. He was limping a bit at the end of the play.

Polanco hit a rocket up the middle, ticked the pitcher's glove, nailed the second base umpire on the upper arm and landed a foot or so from the second base bag. The Rays ended up getting a force out and Polanco appeared to reinjure his leg running the ball out.

I believe it's an aggravation of his previous injury. I doubt they hesitate putting him on the IL.

Julien will be on his way to Toronto.

I'll bet a whole bunch of Julien's will be headed to Toronto. Should be a fun time for the family.

I mean assuming there isn't an indoor hockey game they feel is more important

Yep.  Unfortunately, Polanco is injured.
