If someone other than Vazquez were behind the plate today, say Garver or Jeffers or Sanchez, we'd be complaining about the inability to block pitches in the dirt.  I'm personally not seeing the elite defensive magic that our off-season signing brings.

I was so encouraged by Larnach's 1st games or so. Looking like a legit middle of the order hitter, so desperately needed.
