Correa is making his debut today. Should be a fun time! 

The Phillies are starting 19 year old Andrew Painter today - the 13th overall pick in the 2021 draft.

Painter is very impressive. If he breaks camp with the MLB team like my Phillies friends believe will happen, he will be the youngest pitcher to debut since Rick Porcello.

I think the real question is whether being drunk on the couch at 11:30 qualifies as me being in the best shape of my life!

Regardless, I'm at work, a painful day at work, so being drunk at this point seems like an improvement over my current situation.

Also, as a golf and wine enthusiast, I need to find a golf course that also has an onsite winery...

 

...or a winery with an onsite golf course...

Trying to pick a laptop / chromebook....then top golf....then coaching HS golf. So, sort of, eventually. So. Dang. Cold here right now.

The Reserve in the Portland area supposedly has a winery, but I've only golfed there. Also, Wine Valley in Walla Walla is surrounded by wineries, as are the two courses in Chelan, WA.

That’s a new development! How did you get into coaching high school golf?

My coach needed an assistant to keep an eye on players. I'd guess all but 2-3 of the JV golfers are far better than me. We have a +3 and a +1 on the team (brothers), so a decent chance at state this year. Plus, I miss volunteering, and I get free lessons for a bit and a nice rain jacket.

I figured that you'd know of a such a place if they existing out in your neck of the woods.
