---I think I do remember that game. If I remember correctly (which I may well not), Blackburn played a huge role in coughing up that lead. Wasn't that also the game we got hosed big time when Cuddyer was called out at home when he was safe and it wasn't even close, I think he his foot has slid all the way across the plate before he was tagged?

I think we are remembering the same game. I am still bitter about that one.

Remember that game in Oakland years ago when the Twins were up by more than 10 and ended up losing?
I do. Vividly. My sons and I listened to the game on the way home from a road trip to Dallas to catch the Twins-Rangers. Cuddy "out" at home to end the game.

i wasn't thinking... I'm off my game as well... I should have said that I'm like your George Burns.

Say Goodnight Ashbury!

Goodnight Ashbury.

Anybody else think Morneau can't stay on a ball to save his life. He's been so pull-happy this year. He's trying to hit balls on the outside corner to RF.

I remember when teams wouldn't dream putting a shift on because he went the opposite way a lot.

Great link snepp. That was the game I was thinking of.

You know, a walk-off loss after a lead of that magnitude would still be better than the Twins having to play two more innings after choking.

Perkins looks Amish...

I'm not so sure that Perkins actually looks Amish... But... Plus one for the line anyway.

Did I mention that I found some other photos of her, topless? Link

Why were you topless while looking for other photos of her?

Yep, you're right. Cuddy was trying to score from second on a wild pitch because "there's a lot of foul territory in Oakland".

She is much nicer, though I prefer the pole vaulter.

I bet you do, I bet you do, wink wink, nudge nudge.

I can't believe I watched that whole video. You are a cruel cruel man.

Its the lack of a mustache. Nice way to slam the door shut. Great game for us and I hope we can take it into tomorrow.

I think Perkins look more Methernithian.

---How do you like that, my memory is not totally gone yet. That was one of the most painful non-Yankee losses in recent memory.

But still kinda fun to look at the box - monster game for Morneau there. Can't forget how good he was in those days . Hard not to wonder what could have been had he been able to stay healthy.

"The" MLB.......like "The Iraq":

If I were still doing game avatars I might go seek her out.

Anytime a link from anyone promises something too good to be true, this video is a possibility. (At least, back in 2007.) I think this is the first time I rickrolled here, and I hope I can keep my promise it'll be the last. But no promises, about my promises.
