Don't get mad at Urshela or Sano for their baserunning.  When Coach yells "Last Batter" before the pitch, you just keep going until the other side puts each runner out.

So, it was the coach's fault - he forgot it wasn't the 10th inning.  (That is one of the extra innings modifications, right? That and the ghost runners?)

I’d have to go with urshela. I originally was on sano’s case because I didn’t see urshela running to third. But he has the whole play in front of him there. I will give him credit for running hard and scoring the game winner though

Now I go back and watch again, and it’s sano who starts running to second before urshela ran to third. This is all completely irrelevant but it is a fascinating play

That’s what I saw, too. I didn’t get to see, but I would doubt there was anyone covering first, so Sanó should have run back there. Enough mistakes (Twins base running, Tigers fielding) in one play for a month or maybe a season.
